This website is operated by Alpha Quantum Private Wealth LLC (“AQG”, “we”, “us”), Office 206 & 311, Churchill Executive Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We hold a Global Business License under Section 72(6) of the Financial Services Act (License No. GB26205768) and an Investment Advisor (Unrestricted) License under Section 30 of the Securities Act 2005, and are regulated by the Financial Services Commission (FSC).

2. Information only: not advice or an offer

Everything on this website, including insights, news, product pages, rates, specifications and videos, is general information. It:

• is not investment, legal, tax or financial advice, and does not take your personal objectives, financial situation or needs into account;
• is not an offer, invitation or solicitation to buy or sell any security, product or service, and must not be relied on as one;
• does not create an advisory or client relationship between you and us. That only begins when we both sign a client agreement.

Before making any investment decision, obtain advice suited to your circumstances and read the full offering documents for any product. Any investment is made only on the terms of those documents.

5. Member access

Some insights and product details are available only to members. Membership is free. To join, you sign up with your email address or with Google or LinkedIn. When you join:

• you must give accurate information, and use only an email address or account that belongs to you;
• you are responsible for access from your devices. Access stays active on a device until you clear your browser data, so do not sign in on shared devices;
• member content is for your own personal use. You may not share access or republish member content.

We may suspend or end member access at any time, for example if these terms are breached or access is misused. You can ask us to close your membership at any time by emailing [email protected].

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose, or submit false information in our forms;
• try to get around member access controls, rate limits or security measures, or gain unauthorised access to our systems;
• scrape, copy or collect content or data from the website by automated means, except for normal search-engine indexing;
• introduce viruses or harmful code, or do anything that could disable, overload or impair the website;
• impersonate AQG or any of our people, or use our name or content to promote any other product or service.

The website and its content, including text, research, graphics, logos, images and videos, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view them and print or download extracts for your personal, non-commercial use, and share links to public pages. Any other use requires our prior written permission. “Alpha Quantum Group”, “AQG” and our logo are our trade marks.

We take care to keep the website accurate, but content may contain errors or become out of date, and some of it is based on third-party sources we believe to be reliable but have not independently verified. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors or viruses. We may change or remove content at any time.

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the website, are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as they apply there. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
